Maybe the only trailer park in the DC area that accepts full-time RVs
For the money it's a great place to full-time in the DC area. I took a job assignment in DC and had been living full-time in my RV since a divorce. I almost had to turn down the promotion due to the fact that I couldn't find any trailer parks that allowed RVs. Gladly I found this park, and it fits the bill. They have a full-time rate of $742 that includes everything from utilities to taxes, and it would be next to impossible to beat that in the area. It's maybe 4 miles to the nearest Metro station and only 6 miles from my office. Some of the people that live there are kind of questionable, and the don't do any kind of credit or background check. I wouldn't suggest it if you have kids or a spouse who would be home all day, but for a single guy it's not so bad.
