Dog friendly ?

Very nice RV Park, great dog park, wide spaces. You have access to a mobile RV wash service and there is a great dog walker/sitter in the park!!

Not that great

We did not enjoy our week long stay at this park. The staff was very unfriendly. We were sandwiched in our site, there wasn't even room to really sit out in a lawn chair. There were no trees and no natural beauty of any kind. Having said that, they did have a nice laundromat, but we won't go back.

Rude management

My husband was up at the shower facilities taking a shower. A man whom works at the rv park, yelled at my husband while he was in the shower facilities. Worker said" You are not a guest here at the rv park what are you doing. These showers are for guest ONLY"
My husband replied "I guess I'm no longer a guest, I'm leaving" He came to the rv and told me what happened. So we pack up our rv immediately and left the shady creek rv park in aubrey, tx. NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN ! Management was rude,

Great RV Park near Frisco, TX

We stayed here during Christmas and during Jan. 2013. It was a good stay from the beginning to the end. We found the management and staff were available with any help we needed. We travel with our two dogs and this park is pet friendly. During Jan., the TX winds came up fast and we appreciated the manager Dan helping us get our awning in quick before it was ripped to shreds. The Park is close to the Dallas Tollway which was handy for traveling to our daughters home in Frisco. We stayed in a fifth wheel and will return

RV Park

Office staff and park employees very helpful and friendly. We found the park on another website. The Park is OK. But it is not a RV Park, it is a Trailer Park. Mostly long term construction workers living in FEMA trailers. The mailboxes at the front porch was a dead give away. Our stay was fine and everyone was nice. We did feel out of place at the swimming pool and the laundry room. My wife said it was like renting a house in a subdivision just for a couple days. Again, staff was friendly and if in the area and the other RV Park is full, we would stay again. The full timers in the park keep the showers pretty dirty.

Nice RV Park

We must have been at a different park than these other bad reviews. Our visit was really good and we stayed for two weeks. The managers were anything but rude. They helped us get backed into our space without asking them. We're not good at backing. Also, we saw their two shuh-tzu dogs in the office as we have one, and never did their dogs run loose. The pool and park is well maintained by friendly staff. I can only think some one has an ax to grind as we had a very relaxing visit and plan on returning in the winter when its cooler. We stayed in a fifth wheel.

Park Review

I agree with the other review. Our stay was OK, we would stay again if in the area and did not want to drive into Denton. The bad thing about the RV Park is that it could be a great park. They have a beer store close by, close to highway but still quiet, rates are great
and large park. Bad items... spaces are way too close together to be such a large space, pool was always dirty, restrooms dirty most of the time and too many full timers to be called a rv park.

Not a bad RV Park, but in need updating/upgrading/better management. Great location in the far north dallas area. There are not many choices around the area. The park
is mostly full timers living there. We were there for 4 days and did not see any RVs coming or going. They also sell FEMA RVs and seems to be a big business. I would estimate over 200 RVS there for sale (double parked in spaces) Since there are so many people living there, there is traffic coming and going at all hours of the night. Needs security and/or gates.
