Truly an oasis in the armpit of Houston. Extremely well kept, and well managed by Bill and Nanette! Delightful and knowledgeable folk. Close to upscale areas of Sugar Land, and not too far from the Galleria and Westheimer fine eateries. "Around the corner" from PPL Motorhomes for those folk who purchase there, and then need an overnight or two close by in order to familiarize themselves with their new unit. Not the best...but certainly not the worst. Owner is continually improving sites, and general appearance, and tries hard to accommodate camper's needs. Sites with shade not as prevalent as those without. Clean restrooms/showers, and laundry room. Many long-termers working in the vicinity. I would stay here again were I to find myself in the area.
