Postivies are that this is the cleanest, well kept park on greers ferry lake. Chick is very helpful setting up and helping you! I have made a lot of lifelong friends!

Our neighbors had a run in with her last year, I had never saw her true colors until that happened! Don't leave anything in your campers that will ruin from heat because we can't leave our air conditioners even on 85 if you aren't staying! If you forget to shut them off you will get a phone all, trust me, I have! When you go to winterize your camper, they will have main breaker to the campers flipped where you have no power. To above statement about feeling welcome and not wanting you there just your money, I have always felt this way. Park drunk, when he comes, he's always hitting on our neighbor's underage daughter, driving through park rivving up his engine, and passing out in his front yard....These things were addressed to Chick last year but apparently it's not a big deal! I seem to think it was a huge deal. Honestly the only reason we are still here is because we have made some life long friends but hopefully one day Chick will take over the park and Debbie will keep her profession at the bank and it will be a much better park!
