Not a 4star (or 3 or 2 for that matter). The staff was very friendly and we did not have much choice as everything was full. We knew it wouldn't be great, and are usually pretty easy going. The facilities (bathrooms and such) were quite clean and well maintained. The garbage cans were filthy and the smell was everywhere. The swimming area was very small but great for our 2 year old. The last night there (we stayed 3) our neighbors partied until 2am. I had to go out and ask to quiet down (no result). Had a grumpy daughter and wife the next morning. They were partying with all the regulars in the park so I am sure this is a regular occurrence.
