would stay again

We have stayed here several times. The female staff members were very friendly, a male staff member was borderline rude. We prefer to stay in parks with full hookups when staying more than a few days. Otherwise we would have staying inside Glacier Park. Wifi was not available unless you were at the office/laundry area. Drive to Glacier not bad (about 15 minutes).

$$$$$$$$$

Our children loved staying here for a week. It was a treat but upon reflection it really wasn't worth the $150 per night. The "standard" sites were really close together. Glad we had a beach front larger corner site. Only 4 stars because of price.

nice view and location

This place has great views and is a perfect location for visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Short walk to a lobster shack for dinner!

NIce

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We arrived after a tornado hit nearby recently and were told immediately about their storm shelter. It was a nice feeling! This was the first time an RV park mentioned this.

Would stay here again!

Well maintained park. Individual restroom/showers. We use this as a home base for visiting Portland area. No picnic tables at sites.

nice but too expensive

The park is well maintained but $90 per night is too much for what you get.

Perfect location

We have stayed at this park almost every year for about 10 years. We have stayed in their rental trailer once as well. This park is near the University of Maryland as well as convienent for travel by bus/metro into DC.
The park is well maintained. Staff is friendly. Store is well supplied. We have never had an issue while staying here. Nothing is walking distance but shopping is a short drive in either direction from the park depending on needs. Wifi has always worked no matter where we've been assigned. Looking forward to our visit this summer!

Great Place!

We stayed here years ago when they first opened (about 10 years ago). We would definitely return! Very friendly. I remember there not being a pool and it was really warm the night we stayed. Would have loved a quick dip - this is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

name now Glenwood Canyon Resort

1. Overpriced
2. Rv sites poorly maintained.
3. Sewer cannot be connected while parked.
4. Restroom had peeling paint. Clean but poorly maintained.
5. Water spigot too close to ground and pointed downward.
6. Too much emphasis on new building/bar/hotel not enough on rv sites.
7. Picnic table placed on river rock - unusable.
8. Internet connection poor and slow.
9. No cable, no pool, limited supplies, expect you to buy their additional activities

I hope they have made changes since we visited.
