It's new, quiet, clean, and FRIENDLY! Clean Showers, dog friendly, free wi-fi {I'm using it now}, full hook-ups, horseshoes, fire-pit, and a clean washroom. They have several furnished cabins for rent, with a daily cleaning service, A LOT nicer than staying in the crappy hotels. Most everyone stayin here works from outta town, so from 5-7 in the morning there is a roar of trucks, then this place is a ghost town til 5 o'clock. CONS: At 5:30, the neighboring chickens are a snoozeless alarm clock, but I've gotten used to them. About $399 a month for lot rent, all bills paid. Or the cabins are about $80 a night I think.
