Pismo Coast Village RV Resort

We have stayed at this RV resort on many occasions. The staff at check-in are friendly and efficient. There is 24-hour security at the re-entry gate.

Most sites are very level and a few may need help with a small block under a tire; nothing unusual or extreme. Sites are gravel and have concrete fire rings and picnic tables. There is a wide grass area behind the sites to separate from the row behind you. This is a beach resort and there are not a lot of heavy shade trees. Many palm trees instead and there are no low branches.

There are many big-rig sites here. Some can hold a 45-foot motorhome easily. All sites, except the 2 pull-thrus, are back-in sites. There is plenty of room to back in long rigs with ease. I don't think there are any really bad sites. Perhaps the ones along the entry road are least desirable.

We camped here with a 40-foot MH and there was plenty of room for our car to be parked in front of us and out of the street. The sites are about 20-feet apart side-to-side. Plenty of room for patio chairs and a BBQ grill.

There is free WiFi with each site and the service is excellent. Cable TV service is excellent.

This is an extremely well-maintained resort and the public areas are well-kept and clean.

The restroom buildings are also well-maintained with shower facilities included in each building. Shower cubicles are roomy and have hooks to hang clothing. There are locking doors for each shower cubicle. The buildings have good lighting and plenty of counter space by the sinks.

There is a heated pool and spa, arcade room, laundry building, bike rentals, on-site restaurant serving light meals, and a General Store. The General Store is very well-stocked with groceries, RV supplies, toys, beach clothing, magazines, snack items and souveniers.

The pier and town of Pismo Beach are within easy walking distance and there are many shops and restaurants located there.

The resort has direct beach access. Leashed dogs are permitted on the public beach.

Pismo Coast Village is open year-round and we will definitely be staying here again....many times.
