Not all that....

This park is just barely OK. Grass is dead, what little there is, and the sites are close together. During our stay the voltage in the park, at least at my site, dropped so low that The surge protector disconnected the power circuit to protect my RV. I won?t be back.

Recommend this park

Very nice park, nice size fenced dog park. Give Fuel discounts, nice roads and concrete pads. Eat at Rays which is in town, Great food. Will stay here again when we have more time to 4 wheel sight seeing.

Shady Acres RV Park & Campground, Green River, UT

Shady Acres is one of 2 RV sites in Green River (not counting the State/County parks). This is an old park which has hard surface interior roads and ancient, but serviceable hard-surface RV pads with weed & dirt patios (given that this is in the desert, it may be understandable, albeit, unattractive). Park has a playground with swings and basketball playing area. Park has some shaded spaces, but others where roof-top satellite can be used. There was what appeared to be a nice laundry facility (although I didn't use it). Best part of park is the 2 fenced dog runs, completely covered with pea gravel and containing some dog agility equipment. Also has a near-by coin-operated RV-wash, but did not try that. Overall, an adequate stop-over place, but not a resort.

Great park

This is our second time to stay here. The staff are friendly, the pull thru spaces are level and large enough for our 39' fifth wheel and truck, and the cable and wifi work. We will continue to stay here when in the area.

Super dog park

Very nice park close to the highway. It was well kept and quiet with lots of space. Well-behaved children seemed to be having a great time on the swingset. Best RV dog park we've seen. It was very clean and safe with toys and ramps. Concrete pads ensured a level trailer. Gave us coupons to use for discounts at the adjacent gas station.
