It's a VA State Park.
Clean, roomy sites with plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Laundry on-site, as well as a dish washing station.
Skyline & Luray Caverns are close by, and should you want to canoe or float the Shenandoah River, several outfitters are within 5 miles.
Fishing will net you large & small mouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and an occasional catfish. Although fun to catch, there are warnings about eating anything caught in these waters due to PCB and various other toxins resulting from coal mining upriver.
Wifi is available at the office/interpretive center during business hours.

At park entrance, turns are sharp, and roads are steep up & down. Slow to 15mph or less depending on your rig when entering the park off Rte 340
The sites are water and electric, with a dump station at the entrance to camping area. Also, free wifi at the park office, about a mile away. Tree top zip-line (extra $$)
