Traveler Reviews
Always great
We have stayed here many times on our way south and have always been happy with the sites and staff. Nothing fancy, just a great place in the woods. We?ll be back in the fall.

Paid $50 a night for a gravel back-in that is/was not even close to level. Took 3, 2x8's under each of the front wheels to get the front end up enough to keep things from sliding off the counters. Wi-Fi is available in concept only. The few times we were able to log on there was either no internet connection or it dropped off after a minute or so. KOA staff was no help and basically said it either works or it doesn't. Campground demanded the cost of the entire stay (7 nites) for the deposit. Cable TV is an analog system so unless you have your own satellite dish, converter or an old TV the picture is are very grainy. Campsites are too close together and quiet hours are not enforced. There are better campgrounds for a better price in the area.
