New River Campground Canoeing and Kayaking is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and Virginia at an elevation of 2600 feet. You can find New River Canoe and Campground on Highway 21 between Sparta, North Carolina, and Independence, Virginia, right at the state line.
