Decent Park but Watch Out

Decent overnight park for a short stay. Price is a bit high for not offering cable in this remote area. Not much over the air. Found management untrustworthy after twice promising a satellite friendly site. With large trees adjacent to site there was no possible way to see satellites. Not the worst thing but gives the impression that they are willing to promise anything to obtain tenants.

Enjoyable

Very friendly staff. We reported a wifi problem and staff came out right away to check boosters and helped to find the problem then to correct it. Very nice pool for both adults and children. There wasn't an enclosed pet area but a lot of grassy area for us to walk. No cable but antenna TV was ok.

Love Love Love

We've been coming here for the past 7 years now. My kids learned to swim, climb trees and ride their bikes here.

Unknowledgeable and poor service

Made reservation en route day before for pull thru. Gave VISA.
Arrived and found site 75 was not a pull thru - we are 40 ft. plus towing and dead heading to Bellingham.
Woman that made reservation did not seem to know about her sites said the male receptionist when we arrived. Put us in back in.
When I said back in must be cheaper he said $2. I said give me back my $2. for principle reasons. He finally gave me a bag of ice instead of a discount for them screwing up and me disconnecting / connecting early next morning. It is not that I cannot do this but I hate incompetence and ignorance and want you to be aware!!!
Then went to wash clothes. When we started dryers were full. Then we finished washing and got same male receptionist to do something. HE said he would not touch someones clothes but then he said he would call them. How he know who they were? Amazing. Then he found they had left. He removed the clothes grumbling.
Seems this is a long term stay park that doesn't abide by the rules with its long term tenants and does not even know the park layout to make accurate reservations.
Suggest trying the other 2 or 3 parks in Moses Lake if you have to stop here. We will never stop here again....

Great place to stay

Has everything except cable TV? They need to add to site hookups & I would give 5 stars. Very clean & spots very level. Near the lake & minutes from downtown! Plenty to do for the whole family.
