Nice Park

I normally do not write reviews but feel I must respond to the review dated Aug 29, 2013. Lots of nice people stay at the park both short and long term. Park is clean and well kept. Managers Charles and Sandy, along with Assistant Manager Mike and Groundskeeper Jose keep the park looking nice and do their best to make everyone feel welcome. This year I have noticed that couple of the snowbirds who have been coming about the same # of years as we have seem to have pushed the limits on what is allowed. I was happy that the loud music and foul language was promptly stopped by the Managers. I too like to fish but would never consider cleaning my fish at the park and know that most parks do not allow fish guts in their dumpsters. Everyone I spoke with who are snowbirds like us are looking forward to returning in 2014. I believe the person who wrote that review is most likely the one who was parked beside me last year, 2012 and who worked on his outboard motor even though you are not supposed to. He spilled gas and the fumes from the running outboard filled my rig which I found to be rude and in considerate of him. I have asked for and was given by Sandy, the owners name and telephone numbers so I can call and complement them on their park and management team. I am sure that if the writer of that review had asked for their name too it would have been provided as is the owner’s policy.

Very nice park

Very clean park. We are snowbirds come here for the summer every year since 2008. Lots of nice people live here full-time not kid friendly. Laundry facilities well maintained. Assistant manager very nice and helpful. Manager not friendly. Sandy and Charles took over managers a few years ago first year was fine after that they have gone down hill. Making it very uncomfortable to live here we know people that have lived here for years that have moved because of how they are being treated. Lots of snowbirds that have come thru this summer told us they weren't coming back as will wont be either. Don't stay more then 2-3 nites you won't feel welcome. Don't bring a boat no fish cleaning allowed in the park anymore. Don't walk or drive over grass the manager will yell at you. No music and if you barbecue keep the laughter down not allowed to have fun and enjoy yourself here anymore. The owners need to be notified.
