Rude management!
My husband was staying up here in his 21ft trailer for a temporary work assignment (he's lineman electrician). He ended up paying for an entire month via check, well the next day he had got reassigned and we put a stop payment on the check. We informed them of the stop payment on that check and we would pay them their weekly rate (he ended up staying there a total of 6 days). I just recieved a very nasty phone call from a 'lady manager' saying how "if you pay for a month we do not give refunds if you leave early!" Well, good thing I stopped payment on the check then! It's people like that, who make me have to actually stop payment because I have no faith in them to do the right thing. Long story short.... Don't stay here! And, definitely not in November. He had a heck of a time trying to dig his way out. They do not plow the road in or out, seems like they want you to be stuck there!!!
Things to do are:
Hiking, walking, horse shoes. Sacheen Lake only a mile way for swimming,boating and fishing. Grocery store within 3 miles that have Gas and super great doughnuts.
