This could be a five star park, but has one star managers.
We are seniors and stayed here August of 2018 in a 2010 Class A motorhome. This park is clean, good security, excellent WiFi, but the assistant manager indicated he didn't want seniors so we could not stay beyond our original reservation.
This park has the potential to be a five star campground, but has management who are unprofessional, prejudice, devious and outright liars run the park.
After one week of harassment we couldn't wait to leave. The prices on the website are out dated, but won't be changed, now $58/night ($40/night on the web)) and now $1,450/month ($650 on the web site) as quoted by the assistant manager.
Best RV Park Ever !!!!!
We went on a family vacation with our 3 kids and the management was wonderful with our kids. They were giving them popsicles the whole time we were there and we forgot our little boys life jacket but this very nice lady was very quick to offer one up so that the kids could use the complimentary paddle boat. The grounds were very clean. The bathrooms were in excellent shape. I don't think the other people who wrote reviews stayed at the same park I was at. There were no rats, the lawn was immaculate, the game room/ kitchen was flawless, and both off our dogs were welcomed with open arms. I will be returning every year and have my reservations in advance. I now know why this place fills up so fast. The views are beautiful and from the moment you pull in you are treated with respect and part of a community. Thank you !!!!
Bad Good Sam rating
Rundown is not the word! Dead rats in water hookups and real nasty management. Don't know how they stay in business. Three monthly units left in the two days we were there. Good Sam must have been payed off rating this park as high as they did. Real shame as it could be a great place to stay, but never again for us

This is an old run down neglected park. This park is not family friendly. The few kids I did see were constantly being yelled at by the management.
This is neither a fun nor friendly place.
Old, but right on river
Run down, gravel, nice center area with picnic table. Need cloth and something to put on benches, however. Charged extra for dogs (2.00 ea. For 2) also charged $5.00 extra for third person. Got good Sam discount.
