Jewel of a Campground

It's a perfectly charming campground nestled in the woods across the road from Buffalo Lake - a great fishing lake. The park is clean and well maintained with excellent free Wifi (streaming is actively discouraged). There are playgrounds for kids, clean heated pool with deck chairs, volleyball, a screened fish cleaning station, a camp store and takeout grill serving good food, a lending library, laundry, propane, rental bikes, canoes, kayaks, and cable TV. We did not have any difficulty receiving satellite. What more could you ask for at an RV park? There is a high percentage of permanent sites used primarily for weekend getaways. All are well maintained and neat. There are 110 sites with 45 used for transients and one cabin. The interior roads are limestone and gravel and can be dusty though the dust was not bothersome while we were there. The owner and his wife are very friendly, here every day, and dedicated to you having a good experience. My wife and I will not hesitate to stay longer and to return to this jewel of a campground. We camped at Buffalo Lake Camping Resort in a Motorhome.
