Frontier Days 2014 Stop

Staff does the best they can in some ways but the facility is in a state of antiquity and decay. Do not accept their "No cancellation" policy if making a reservation unless they guarantee a site that is a one unit pull-through. I was trapped by that policy and guided in to a site that could only be occupied by sardines.

Another great year at Restway

Just got home from another great year at Restway Travel Park. The staff, Scott, Karen & Kelly do such a great job of taking care of business for Doris, and they are so friendly, courteous and accommodating to everyone's wishes and needs!!

I read the negative reviews, and I can honestly say, that in the years that my husband and I have been coming to Restway, we have NEVER had a bad experience! We have witnessed situations where travelers have gone into the office and just been rude, conceited, and have a general attitude of "I am better than you, and you need to wait on me right now", and all the while Scott, Karen & Kelly are still very professional in handling the unruly customers.

We have also witnesses the absolute slobs that have the attitude that they do not have to clean up after themselves, and will leave their trash all over, hair everywhere, and just expect that the staff is there to clean up after them. This is a campground, no different than if you were camping at a nice mountain lake. It enrages me that people can be so rude and inconsiderate of not only the staff, but the other patrons as well!

Folks, if you have read this far, then just know that there is always more to the story than what negative people will inform you of.

My husband and I will continue to visit Restway every year for the full 10 days of Cheyenne Frontier Days for as long as they are open or until we die, whichever comes first. We love ALL of the staff, and the way we are treated there.

Thank you again Doris, Scott, Karen & Kelly for another great year at Restway, and we'll see you again next year!!!
