Bathrooms
The community bathrooms where open as they should be all night. I went in around midnight and they where littered with paper towels and shorts thrown in the garbage can. There is a smell of mildew all the time as well. The KOA personnel aren't very friendly and make you feel as if your bothering them at times.
Nice staff, needs updating
Currently the park is a KOA. We had a mix up in our reservation and found the management to be accommodation and very pleasant. The grounds could use updating but were clean. There is road noise from the 101.
THE WORST!
The absolute WORST management! This place is run so poorly, I think my 5 year old would do a better job! Every time you call you get a different answer. They lose reservations; charge for non-existent problems and in general are so rude it is an absolutely un-enjoyable stay! The owners, Reynold's resorts, run all their places this way! Wouldn't give them one red cent ever again!
Camp Host Job Avila koa Reynolds
Next time my husband and I will do our homework!!!The worst place we have ever been to.The owners let anyone manage the park.Very dishonest people.I would not recommend this park to anyone...Lessons learned everyday,The bright side the weather was beautiful..
