Small pet pens on contrete patios prohibited.
Due to violations by summer guests erecting fences in mowing areas, and not being corrected by management and/or employees, winter guests are not permitted to erect small pens on patio areas for small pets. The most rediculous ruling (which the park would not correct during summer guests visits) ever experienced by winter guests. This situation is causing extreme dissatisfaction by many rules abiding winter guests. Has to be the most asinine, incompetent and inefficient operation ever. Request to meet with owner to discuss, totally ignored. Park is out of control.
rude people
the people in the office are very rude, the rules are stupid, the cleaning ladies hate kids and try to get them kicked out, it would be a nice place if they would be nicer. we have about 10 campers in there and we are all spread out and one specific person comes at us, tried to hit me with her car when i was walking in the road, told the office i was driving when a 16 year old guy was and im a girl.. i do NOT reccommend staying here. its the worst.
This is the place to stay!
We stayed here for 3 1/2 months. This is by far the nicest campground we have stayed at!!! Indoor & outdoor pool and hot tub. 3 bath houses with private bathrooms. Each site is paved for camper and picnic area. Grounds are meticulously manicured. Free Wifi Free cable Electric included all for $450 a month. For this price and quality you would be a fool not to stay all winter! And only 10 minutes from the beach!
Gulf Breeze Winter site
We have stayed here for two winters now. It is a very popular spot for snowbirds. Paved roads lead to sites with good spacing. All sites have concrete paved parking and patio sites. Reservations are usually required almost a year in advance. Specific sites are not held but if a reseservation is accepted, you will get a good site. Most sites have some trees of shrubery but still have good satellite access, as well. Fishing and paddle wheel lake on-site. Three laundry and shower facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, game rooms, library and activity buildings are all well maintained. Rental cabins also available.
