Days Gone By
We paid 2 months in advance and soon hated it the first week. They would not refund us after deciding it was not the place we had thought it was at first glance! Stuck there for 2 monte of pure hell! This place has seen it's better days. Rapid decline due to in fighting between all the lot owners & sub standard construction, paving, wiring & plumbing. Their "untested" well water makes some sick with diarrhea if drank or used to make coffee. We bought spring water for everything but showering. Gossip and back stabbing are the main stay in this place. Avoid this place like the plague! Several people did not pick up after their dogs like they should, it was like a mine field!!! Go anyplace else but here if you want a nice site to park on. Small drive ways, tight, tight turns scraps vehicles trying to make some of the tighter turns. Sand & fine gravel on streets blows in your eyes, gets everything covered in dust & came in our windows in milder weather. Was built on the cheap cheap years ago and was never improved much from that time.. Should have been 25-30 sites but they squeezed in 40. A few stay but most move on after a months rent is up we were told by a trapped lot owner after the failed attempt to sell us one of his spaces. It's a joke of an RV Resort as they falsely advertised it. Sorry to say it, just a bunch of jerks trying to out do the other jerks.
Magnolia RV Parks
Visited this park on 11/12/2010. It is a nice RV park with many paved and well sized lots. It is just a few miles from Foley, AL. Appears to be in good condition but as of now underutilized. Many empty spaces which may be filled later by still to come snowbirds.
Well Water, only drinking water supply, is not tested.
