Ok for a few nights stay
Park has flu, 50A and WiFi. The grass was mowed but no trimming around sites were done. No one at the office-I guess they went to self check in. Take an envelope and put cash in it. They do offer PA discount. Convenient to town.
Great Place to stay
Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Right off the highway. Has 3 pull through sites at the back with full hookups. We choose this place every time we come through over all the others.
Very accommodating
We and three other families stayed at Grizzly's for a ball tournament. We were there for 5 days. All families enjoyed our stay. We felt safe(very well lit)and it was quiet. Pat was very accommodating and kept the place neat and clean. The bathroom/shower/ laundry facilities were in good condition and kept tidy. We stayed not only in our own RV but a rented camper as well. It was in pretty good condition for its age and slept our large family. The on site cabin that was available was too small for our family of 6, but had a double bed. It was a very nice, new cabin with its own toilet, sink, microwave and refrigerator. A great economical place to stay for two people! I would recommend this place as an overnight rv choice, or longer. It is close to town and I-55. Half off for passport America members!
Grizzly's RV Park
We stayed here to sit out a storm and ended up staying three days. The owners' son, Ron, was very courteous and helpful. The sites have adequate space and hook-ups were in good condition. Gravel sites with well mowed lawns had a paved driveway for a car. Verizon and AT&T phones had a full-bar signal. Our Verizon Aircard was very fast. Our site had excellent exposure to the South for our satellite TV. Passport America rate, $12.50 per day, is good for 7 days. Would stay here again.
