Beautiful, but costly

We arrived around 6 pm and The owner of the park was waiting to lead us to our space and guided us in. We backed up to a creek bed which was a beautiful view out the back window. It was quiet except for the occasional loud traffic on the road next to us. The spaces are next to each other so when you are out walking your dog, you are right next to your neighbors RV. It was a full hookup with sewer and cable, so that was nice. The biggest drawback was no flexibility in check-out time. We asked about leaving around 3 instead of 12, and were told he would charge us half a day of we stayed until then. We paid $72 for 2 nights with a Good Sam discount. Needless to say, we were out of there at 11:30.
