Easy off and on Hwy. 65 South.
Traveling North from Lake Village/Dumas on 65 S. - From Jct. 65/425/81, go .06 tenths mile North on Hwy. 65 toward Pine Bluff, Deam RV Park is on the left just past Metal Mart.
Traveling South from Little Rock on I 530. At the overpass where concrete I 530 turns into paved Hwy. 65S. go 1.8 miles, Deam RV is the third drive on right past Shell Ross Produce Stand.

Good one night stop
This place is great for a one night stop when driving through. There is a pull through spot we stayed in. The owner was very nice, he helped my husband get level and hooked up in the dark. There were 5-6 long term residents, and the rest was available. Good place to rest when headed south.

Nice Staff
This is a Great Park, the owner Wayne is a extremely nice person, this is a quite park even though it is beside a regional airport. The Shopping Mall is like 2 miles away, also it is in a better part of Pine Bluff,Ar. Not much on amenities but it's a great place to park your RV.
