Crazy not
On top of your neighbors if I did not have to put a star would not put a star price is 365+ electricity they lied and said it was 365 everything paid don?t recommend this place

Wonderful Owner!
A great little park with a wonderful owner, David Ivy! We stayed for a few months (monthly rate shown!) due to work in the area, very pet friendly with a large field in the back to run our doggies around in. Not a lot of fancy amenities, but a clean laundry/showers area & a great location for Russellville.

Nice, quiet, clean.
Small park, nicely kept. Owners are friendly young couple. Plenty of hot water in the showers. Laundry room is clean. 4 washers 4 dryers. Free wifi. Cable TV. About a mile north of I-40.
