Very nice and friendly place
Was there for the winter and it was very nice no problems at all. Clean and friendly. Will stay there this winter also. My wife and I are full time RVers.

BEWARE
Outdated facilities...dangerous electrical hookups...erratic meter readings...water lines buried side by side with electric....Very poor mgmt company..
City of AJ needs to do an inspection on this place
Super Nice Park
This is a very nice park. The mangers are great and very willing to help you out as well as the neighbors. The park is very clean and the landscape is beautiful. Nice size palm trees and some shade trees. The laundry room and showers are very clean. No problem at all with the electric or water. It's nice to have a nice clean and friendly place to live with your pets. The park is pet friendly and 99% of the people clean up after their pets, there is always that one that just won't follow the rules. I would recommend this park highly.
Great Place To Stay
Super clean and friendly place to live. Mgrs. very helpful and friendly. No problems what-so-ever with dogs, electric or water. Showers and laundry rooms very clean. Live here year around and highly recommend the park.

Do not Camp here. Dogs rule.

no dog size restrictions, allowed to poop anywhere, pet owners suppose to pick up but you know how that goes. pets allowed in all facilities. Mangers play favoritism. Assign sites depending on how they feel each day. Allow walk in trailers filled with cycles and pulled behind Motorhomes to park next to motorhome.
