Great stay
Clean park. Stayed for a week. Will be back for the winter next season. Lots to explore in the desert. The park has great people that seem to love coming back each year. Large laundry room, large sites, soda and water available at the clubhouse, miles of atv trails.

Noisy and dirty
Internet is not reliable. TV recep poor. Dogs barking for hours or not on leash. Trains and lots of road noise at night. 4wheelers day and some at night w no lights mgmnt unable to contain poor campers/behavior
