Lack of management & Customer Service
They lack rules on types of dogs allowed in park, had police involved incident & park employees just became defensive & wouldn?t acknowledge any concern. Would recommend not staying they just want paid & no rules!!!
Over priced as well!!
Bart Strikes Again
At first glance this park looks nice enough and the staff were friendly also.....BUT....then there are the amenities that are NOT discussed. First they do not (or didn't for me) have 30 amp service so you will need an adapter or they will loan (I believe) you one. Second, the sewer was either too far, meaning I had to use the one next door, or use mine which was on the wrong side. Third, my sight was not level in any direction and so my fold out Trailmanor would not open correctly. Fourth, you will need a water pressure regulator because their water is 100 psi or more..SHEESCH!!! OK...I can deal with these things but the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that right next to the park is a Tractor Trailer truck farm parking area where they run their diesels ALL NIGHT LONG! It's like being next to a train switch yard with that constant low frequency rumble. Then on top of that you have the interstate 40 traffic which is about 75 yards away zooming by ALL NIGHT LONG! Needles to say, I didn't have a very restful night. So look elsewhere.
Good overnighter
Got in late to Black Bart's and the biggest problem we had is how unlevel the spots were. The roads aren't marked whether they are one way or not but it didn't present a problem. Overall pretty clean grounds and a nice place to sleep. We didn't use any of the facilities. Water pressure is 100PSI 50/20 amp service only. We stayed in a TT
Black Bart RV Park
Stayed @ Black Bart RV 1 night. Park is old, all gravel/dirt pads, small concrete patios (many with multiple cracks) , no wi-fi, no cable, lots of trees, but able to get satellite @ our site. Redeeming value is the Black Bart restaurant with a musical revue, which has a very enjoyable musical revue show provided by the singing waitstaff. Reservations generally required because they have bus loads of visiting tour buses (at least the night we attended).
