Eagle View RV Resort at Fort McDowell

Excellent facility

Even though it was mid-June and the daytime temperatures were in the low 100s, we still had a very good time at Eagle View RV Resort. The facility is nicely laid out and backing into the diagonal spaces was relatively easy. There were about 25 fellow RVers who braved the warm temperatures. Check in was very easy and resort offers some nice amenities like a sparkling pool, athletic gym, hot tub, and computer room. The resort manager reported the spring months are always booked and there was a two year waiting list...not something I really wanted to hear. Security is very evident, especially at night and was much appreciated. Our only real visitor was an errant roadrunner who had fun aimlessly wandering through the vacant RV sites. All in all, Eagle View gives the visitor a civilized taste of desert life.
