What a dump

To small, uneven sites. Money grab. Terrible internet over priced.

Not pretty

Hey folks...don't waste your time or hard earned money going to this park. It is a dump! Sites are so close together you can hear your neighbor snore. It is in an industrial area of town. Not pretty.

We loved our Winter here!

We are snowbirds and this was our first winter at Campbell Cove RV Resort. We stayed in a Deluxe site with plenty of space and we were very happy. Friendly staff and great location. Only a short drive from London Bridge and only a short walk from the lake. The facilities were always very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and spa! We stayed in our motorhome.

Park went down hill

Having stayed last January,(loved it) and again this last October,(hated it). They lifted restrictions on unit age,(old ,run down units now allowed), for the first time in 40+ years of R.V.ing ,we had things stolen from our site.
Our neighbors were drunk, high on drugs and fighting loudly every night. We seen people smoking drugs while walking around the park and drunks staggering down the lanes.
Careful where you walk as some people let their dogs run free and don't pick up after them.
Don't bother complaining to the manager as they seem to be friends with the problem people.
We did not feel safe there!
We had planned to stay the winter there but 1 month was all we cared to do.

We blew in & out of Lake Havasu, so we can’t comment a lot on the camping… The campground we stayed at is up above the lake, so you have a view of it in the distance. To one side of the campground is a storage yard (nxt to last photo), and on the other side a hill with a gas station and then leading down to a boat ramp for the lake. There is no beach, lakeside, etc. in all of Lake Havasu, only boat ramp access.

The front desk person was very friendly, the grounds are your basic parking lot. The bathrooms were clean, just worn down with age. The pool is quite small, if this is part of your plan, this might not cut it for you.

It is quite hot and there is no shade here, keep that in mind as well.

Overall, for a one-nighter, it works just fine. And they take Passport America.
