Nice stay
We had a nice stay. Problems included lot u level and our front tires were off the ground. Had to jump off front step. WIFI would not hook in. We were given several passwords but none accessed the four routers that were available. Managers answer was 'these are the passwords, I don't know what is wrong'. We did stay a week with cellphone access to the network.
Chief Sleep Easy RV Park
Chief Sleep Easy RV Park and Kings Court (their little sister park right next door) are in my opinion the best around. They have a very nice Clubhouse with a pool table, a big screen TV, a kitchen and even a community computer with internet access, they have a dog run, lots of trees (and grass in areas), and the best WiFi that you could possibly hope for. They actually offer four different WiFi routers between the two Parks and they absolutely fly... Streaming Video is no sweat and the new Managers are fantastic! :-)
an oasis
Great trees and wifi. An oasis in the desert. Cleanest restrooms and showers we have found. Dog park works for our pooches. Great staff.
Excellent Park
Very, very spacious and extremely clean showers. Friendly and helpful host. Small but clean and efficient dog park, with bags to clean up and a garbage bin.
Needs recycle options (bins) for aluminum, glass, plastic, and paper, cardboard etc.
Wifi: superb.
VERY FAST WIFI YEAH!!!
Finally, after 3 weeks on the road we found a park with very fast wifi.
All the parks visited say free wifi, but they are all so slow that you cannot even access your email. NOT here. Perfect. Also, very nice and friendly staff......and a small dog park when our dog does not has to be on a leash. Thanks.
Very nice host, disappointing RV park
We arrived on Sat. morning after talking to Marcy the previous Thurs. night, which was pleasant as can be, only to find that the park had 2 spaces left. They deal on a first come, first come basis, so you get the luck of the draw.
The hostess that helped us was very pleasant and her partner very helpful.
The park does not have cable Tv to the sites, but has satellite tv with big screen in the Club house (back of office)
There is NO view in the park. They do have some well cared for trees, but the park is not quite. Lots of traffic with ATVS during the day.
Someone was running a chainsaw during our stay.
The park has EXCELLENT WI-FI service which kept us occupied in the evening after a day of sight seeing in Mesquite.
There seems to be a lot of permanent renters in the park. 5vers and a few MOHOs with permanent front yards and desert landscaping. Not distracting, just different from the RV parks we frequent.
Spaces are large enough to park your toad or tractor along side of your rig.
According to their WEB site, the park was built in 1984. The service pedestals are in need of help. Dead fronts are bent and receptacle insulation is broken exposing the metal contact area.
Water was great, no problems.
If you are looking for an overnighter and have a small rig, not a bad place to spend the night.
