Hotel RV Park
75 lot : all with electric 30amp, water, sewer.
Started out as well setup blacktop and gravel parking lot for RVs.
Starting to show age without much upkeep.
Laundry has no table for folding clothes. 5 washers, 8 dryers.
Hotel has a sign that says RV park is NOT part of the hotel, so RV guest don't get to use the pool or WiFi. Yet you check in at the hotel desk and register thru the hotel desk.
Pets are allowed and bark from several lots. No host in the lot. Has a single building for showers, laundry in the center. Door locks run from the hotel card lock setup. (No keys)
No good food places in walking distance. New apartment development next door so noise from 8:00am to 6:00pm. On a major roadway with / fire / ambulance / cops going by often
