Declining Attention to RV Spaces in Favor of Mobile Home Spaces for Sale
Plan to speak to the voicemail machine first, but a live person often calls back later. Spaces are mostly pull throughs and turning straight in can be a challenge. Power, water and sewer are available, but at the far back end of the space. The biggest drawback is noise. The trains run all night and the freeway is even closer.
Easy but noisy
Easy off the freeway, Late self check in was easy. Pull thru spots easy, BUT if your a light sleeper the freeway noise was loud and strong. I slept ok but my friend only got two hours sleep because of the noise.
Review
The park is very nice and very clean, it has paved roads with gravel parking sites either pull thru or back in. They have full hook up sites with 30 or 50 amp service, no cable TV and you can purchase Wi-Fi .. They have nice facilities with Laundry, Bath Rooms and Pool and club house. The views of Picacho Peak are awesome ! The only thing I didn't like was the train tracks being close by and hearing trains thru the night, but I got use to it.
