Camp Host
We arrived in August of 2015 and became the camp hosts of this Rv park. At that time the occupants were not your typical friendly RV travelers. The park had mostly local transients living there in rigs that were less than desirable. Garbage, weeds and dog poop everywhere. We cleaned house and currently have 16 spaces, 30 AMP, water and sewer at each space. We have garbage service and pest control now. We enforce the rules so everyone has an enjoyable stay. We have several repeat visitors now and have had a 95% occupancy since approx. September 2015. We do not have wifi at this moment but they say we will eventually. Antioch has very few RV Parks for visitors so making the RV Park at the Antioch Fairgrounds a nice, safe place for out of Towners was critical. Come stay and see for yourself!
Rules Don't Apply to All
There is no bathroom or shower. Dump station is not seperate. To dump u pull into a empty campsite and hook up to the sewer line and dump. Then u pay 5.00. We stayed one night. We were going to stay longer but were told that our trailer didn't have current tags. So we were told we needed to depart asap. Although the vehicle next us displayed 2013 sticker on the plate and had spider webs from the tires to the ground. Which I would assume that it had been there longer that the max 14 day stay. Although when you call the info line it does say that longer stay on case by case bases. As for garbage I guess you put it it the few can they have out. I didn't see any RV self wash area. In my opinion they need to improve there public and customer relations.
