Excellent community .. excellent amenities .. excellent spaces available!
Sungate Country is a 55+ community located right on East Palm Canyon Drive, tucked in a pretty cove and protected from the desert winds -- about a half-mile to Frank Sinatra Drive and the Rancho Mirage Ritz Carlton is just up the hill! Great Community
This 55+ community also has park models. It not only has rentals but some places for sale. The park is very well maintained and has a very active clubhouse and lots of amenities. Mostly for monthly stays.
