Cute park in Chico
We stayed while coordinating the move-out on our rental. Friendly folks, clean showers, nice pool, pretty grass area.

What a wonderful place! Helpful, friendly mgmt, clean and ideal location--no such thing as a bad spot in there! Gotta love a dog-friendly park, and all the visiting dogs were as considerate as their owners :) So glad we stayed. Can't wait to visit again!
Nice and quiet
Well run park. Clean,well maintained, courteous staff. Quiet when were there but it was half empty. Sites are easy to access and flat but very close together. We would recommend this park to anyone visiting the Chico area.
