Nice place.

We have made our annual 5+ family trip to Greenhorn every year. We enjoy the facility. The maintenance seems to have deteriorated over the past few years. This year only 1 of the 3 women's showers was working for the 3 nights we were there. It would seem they should be able to get someone out there with the number of people who stay. The dock needs some maintenance as well. The pricing always confuses me because we have so many families come. We have an RV so our daily rate was $35.00.

Scams and HEALTH HAZARD!!!

We paid full price for 3 nites, were allowed up to 10 people at our site, but as our group started to show up Not only did they have to pay for an extra vehicle{no problem expected that} but they were all charged for day use also. Isnt That Double Dipping?? Illegal? The out houses were smeared with feces and NO toilet paper the whole 3 days we were there. We had elderly and children and had to walk to the store everytime to use restroom which was not easy for most... We camped July 13th and on the out house cleaning Schedule it said last emptied was June 15th, if anyone dared to even use it their behind would have touched the crap, very NASTY... I did take pictures and will share them with the health department and anyone else that plans on staying at GREENHORN CAMPGROUND>>> NOT ADVISED>>>

The WORST campground I have ever been to!!!

This campground is ran by a bunch of pot heads that run this campground like a military camp.... if you so much a passed gas after 10pm, they call the Sherriff to come & arrest you. Completly harrassed the entire time We were there. Ended up leaving a day earl, they would not re-imburse us, and camped accross the lake at Relaxing Long Ravine Campground where I have been camping for the past 28 years. Should have NEVER made reservations here. Only giving them one star b/c it wont let me post my rating w/o marking a star....
