No phone service
We didn't have Sprint service and our friends didn't have verizons. Antennas and boasters did not help. They did provide wifi FREE for 30 minutes per day.
Only one small section full HU. Had to use dump station on two week stay.

Good place to crash
The phone service is not very good. Most spots don't have sewer. But it is quiet and a good place to relax.
