Way way over priced

We blew a tire on out tow car in San Rafael. Our travel companion found this place. Easy on and off 101, but way over priced and this was with good Sam discount. Spaces were very tight, the dog walk was terrible. The price should have been $35. We have been in nicer parks at $35. Total rip off but we had no choice. First and last time. That's for sure.

Good for an overnight however it leaves a lot to be desired. Also staff has attitude, not pleasant. Also overpriced at $75

Disappointing

This park is tight, noisy and shares space with a mobile home park. Our dog was attacked by a pit bull that lives there. Both her legs were bitten and bruised and we had to see the vet twice. We were told after reporting it that the management told the owner to remove the dog. Instead, a month later we learned from a follow up to our police report by Marin Humane that the dangerous dog is still there! So take whatever management says with that in mind.
There is a deli independently run that is handy. The laundry is small but clean. The bathrooms are clean. The spaces are very tight and the garbage seems to always be full. There seems to be no place for children to play as they were constantly in the roads biking and scootering all over the place. Hopefully, none of the kids went past the mobile home with the vicious pitbull that management thinks should stay.

Tight Space

This park is between San Francisco Bay Area and Napa Valley, which is very accessible to anybody who like to explore the south and north of San Francisco, very close to freeway 101.. and its kind of noisy, this is just a small RV Park, very tight spacing between RV's, the restroom is very clean the staff are friendly, the price per night is high. The end of the RV park are the mobile homes and the residents there use the same street of the RV park, so expect some traffic every now and then, the pool is only up to 5pm, can't do any swimming at night since you have to borrow the key from the front desk if you want to use the pool, and the office is close at 5pm....no fire pit or barbeque grill on the site, the dog run sucks, not well maintained, and you have to go on somebody's camp before you reach the gate.. no fun for dogs here...this is just the kind of RV park that you just have to Park and go somewhere...we're not planning to stay here again.

Handy but Pricey

Due to its proximity to San Francisco, this is a handy place to stay if you’re visiting the city. It’s a simple drive down the freeway and across the Golden Gate. The small town of Novato is close by and if you like to hike, run, bike or bird watch, the 500 acre Rush Creek Open Space preserve, just across the street, is also very handy. It is however a little pricey.
