First time visiting
This place was me, my wife and 3 kids first time at this park and our first trip in our RV. Cool park, nice people and the amnesties for your RV or trailer where perfect. We will be visiting this park again soon.
I would recommend the park to let the visitors know when check out is. Also, with this said we did witness one park ranger a little pushy with this which is not very appropriate and unnecessary.
Very Nice Park
Lake Skinner is a great County of Riverside RV Campground. It is situated on the east side of Lake Skinner so you can bring your boats and go fishing. However you cannot do any water sports as this lake is a drinking water reservoir for Riverside County. The camp sites we have had in Area C are not too cramped. Each of the campgrounds A, B and C have nice grassy areas that are well taken care of and provide a very nice lawn to play outdoors. The Campground has a nice general store, plenty of walking paths and lots to go exploring. It is dog friendly. Although we have not used it, there is a very nice water park that kids really enjoy. We enjoy Lake Skinner Campground every time we go.
The Perfect Family Campground
With its lush green grassy areas, clean campgrounds, beautiful waters, and general store, Skinner is the perfect place for a family or group weekend get-away. The scenery is beautiful and the atmosphere is conducive to family and sport fishermen alike. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the park is clean and beautiful. Perfect for the RV enthusiast and the tent campers, with beautiful scenery and wildlife to marvel at. The staff are great and accommodating too.
