Welcome park in good place of village
We had started this morning to end up at the Koa which is also in Cortez. That doesn't open until later. We saw this park and although the front of the park doesn't show it, it is well layed out (tarmac road and smaller stones to park the camper on. We had a pull through, but the majority of the places is backward in. Some places are taken by year around stayers, but that is not spoiling anything. Crew was very friendly even after closing time.
During the night the park is well lit. We did enjoy a meal next door which has local food for a reasonable price.
Well run facility
Smooth running facility with clean washrooms, well run park. I would definitely stay here agai
Five Stars
Exceptionally clean, well laid out park conveniently located approx ~9 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Park Host was welcoming and very helpful. Full hookups, drive throughs, showers, toilets and laundry. No children's playground but there is a park across the road. Walking distance to groceries and great Mexican Food.
