Rocky Mountain National Park
I camped here for 3 nights while visiting RMNP. The campground is at around 8,000 ft elevation. The place caters mostly to tenters. The sites are small and have no hook ups. Only a few can handle big rigs. Also, most are not level. Water spigots are located near the bath houses. There is a dump station at the entrance.
The bath houses are small and basic. There are no showers but you can buy a shower in Estes Park.
There are specific hours when generators can be run. The Park Service is strict on the hours. Some sites are close together and so generator noise can be an issue. Bears have been seen in campground. There are bear boxes for storing food
The campground is in a pretty setting with nice mountain views. There is easy access to the roads within RMNP. I camper here in a Class B motorhome.
