Staff not welcoming nor helpful
We were going to stay at this park for 2 nights but plans changed. Each site is crammed on top of one another, park not cared for very well, Robles with electricity going off!! We couldn't use our dis, so asked if we could move to spot next to us, they said no!! (No one ever armed there)!! Mainly the people in the office were rude, non accommodating. We had to leave after our medical appointment, & asked for a refund for the second day!! They said they would NOT refund.. Told them we would never stay there again & would write a bad review.. About 20 minutes later they called & said they would refund only if we were out by 11am.. We were & they sent someone down twice to see if we were pulling out!! We were out with 5 minutes to spare!! Never going back!!
monthly horror
If you are a monthly you are treated like dog poop on their shoe. I have never been treated so poorly. Rules and size of our spot change daily depending on their moods, when I asked for a clean definition of our site boundary I was told, "if you don't like it, find another park" when I ask for a manager I'm told, "you don't have to stay here" I and many others have had to move our rv's several times. Rather than talking to us about whatever they deem a problem, they use packing tape to attached random notes to the trailer that we have to go ask about because they're so vague.
I know I'm not the only one, several of the other monthly people have the same issues.
Stay somewhere else, we're looking for ANY other options, this place is hell!
Not too Fancy
It's just on the highway, the place is kind of rundown, dirty showers/restrooms, noisy. We only stayed there for 1 night. The staff are friendly, we informed them that we will checked out late and they let us stay until 2:00pm check-out time is 11:00am. They have a profane which is very handy, and there's no problem getting in and out of the park, but you have to unhook you vehicle in front of the office, then drive it to your site.
