Good, the bad, the ugly
The good. Great staff. Clean park. Close to town. Extremely quiet and good trails to many locations.
The bad- paid for a river spot.
Yes it?s on the river but you can?t really see it. There is a hefty berm between the trailer slots and the river so in my mind they are all pretty much the same. Not really an owner probably just think it rather misleading.
No bad to declare.
Would stay again for the staff and location/ access to other things.

Nice Park
Quiet , clean simple Rv Park. Office and workers helpful and great people. Good Wi-fi, Verizon cell service good . Will stay here again when we return to Ouray

Loved this place
Great park. Simple and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back again next year. Bathrooms were older, but kept clean.
