Great Park
My wife and I stayed at Grandview RV Park for nearly 3 months in the summer of 2017. We stayed in RV site 79 with Great views. We are going back this summer and staying in the same site. .
The park is very friendly and the owners Kevin and Noami and their children are fantastic. Many of the guest have been coming for many years and they claim this park as there summer home. If you are looking for nice place, this is the place to stay. What makes this park special is the people who come and the owners who are very HANDS ON taking care of the park.
The 50 amp electrical spaces are limited. Normally, we rent a 50 amp space when available while traveling, but we had a 30 amp spot and because of the great climate and cool nights we were able to use the 30 amp service. We would occasionally run our AC in the warmest part of the day, but in the evening we would leave our door and windows open when we were not outside and occasionally run the heat in the early mornings. We have met and made a number of friends here.
The fishing is great and there is a number of places to trout fish in reservoirs and rivers. I got hooked on fishing and went nearly every morning. Then we would return to the RV park and all the guys that fish would try to tell about the one that got away. Many of my friends have ATV's and go out every day. They go out in groups from the park. Also we enjoyed the rec room, bingo, and fish frys that included all the park guest that wanted to participate.
Cannot say enough nice things about the park.
Grandview Cabins & RV Park
We stayed in the MamaBear Cabin at Grandview RV Park and it was great. The host/hostess were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the views from the cabin were not very good since it is kind of at the back of park so when sitting outside on the deck, your view is of the back of another cabin and a shed and a privacy fence. But, it was a nice cabin inside, small, but very nice.
