Not very good

Positives: The permanent people that lived on the sites near us were very nice. The area around Clinton was nice and had good shopping. It was close to the interstate. It was visually appealing when we arrived. We had good cell phone reception. The bathroom wasn't very far from our campsite and was relatively clean. The roads are paved. They had a laundry facility. They had a nice dog walking area. The price was ok.

Negatives: The roads leading there are very narrow and have low trees. The security gate is not manned and we were parked there for 30 minutes ringing before we walked to the office for help. The two women working were arguing in the other room and were very rude when I tried to get their attention to check us in. We got lost on the way to our site. The roads inside the park are very narrow with sharp turns. The lot we had was very narrow and so unlevel all of our boards still didn't get it level. The 50 amp hookups did not work at the site and the socket was burned out. Our fireplace was full of cigarettes and garbage and dog feces. Our picnic table was rotting. When we went to complain about these things after we were settled we were not able to, they closed the office and none of the emergency phone numbers we called were answered. We could not find any park staff to help us either even when we asked the residents for help.

Overall: This was one of the poorer rv parks we have stayed at. The park was pretty but the service was terrible and the campsite we had needed some serious work. The price would have been very resonable if we actually got what was advertised and we thought we paid for. The residents that lived around us told us that for the last couple years it had been going downhill fast and they were going to leave because the old owner died the month before. They told us that the woman that owned it now was "evil and didn't know what she was doing" (Their words not ours). Our experience could have been a combination of bad luck and timing. We have stayed at worse parks before but we would not stay here again.

Awful

This park was more like a trailer park - sites were uneven and trashy. Pictures and Good Sam rating are a farce - would NOT recommend this for Class A coaches at all

Nice park

Nice park. Many extended stay but most are very well maintained. Lots of nice grass, shaded sites with concrete pads for picnic table. Some sites are a bit short for long rigs but there are some that will accomodate big rigs. Over all, a nice 10 day stay.
