Mixed impression
Nice quite park. Mostly permanent resident that are very friendly. The manager of the park however is Not friendly at all and quick to make one feel unwelcome

Nice Park
This is one of the nicer parks if you want to be closer to town. With lighted streets, mail boxes along with trash pick-up, your stay will be pleasent with the little things taken care of. My daughter was a little sad as this is in fact an age restricted park meaning she couldn't move here to, but it is nicley quiet, settled, and peaceful. You will enjoy this park.
