Nice place
On river with dock. Decent price.Great people. Large old oaks give plenty shade (rare in Florida Rv parks.) Beach five blocks away. Low frills but makes up for it in charm.
Small and friendly
Can't believe the negative reviews. Granted the roads need a little TCL but roads don,t make a park good or bad. It's a great location on the river, and just a short walk to the ocean. The guests are friendy. The management team is always friendly and helpful. The laundy room is clean, bright and with all new appliances. Have spent two winters there and have booked next winter.
Slums
We are currently at this park and I have to say the place is really bad.
The roads are dirt and full of potholes everywhere.
The laundry/shower area is a health hazard full of mosquitoes and standing water.
The entire park is totally unkept.
Many of the residents are unhappy and looking to relocate. I am among them.
This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in. It is beyond me how they even stay in business.
Dumpy
We was thinking of staying a month but the place was dumpy and not very clean. The showers and launry room was filthy. The wife refused to use either facility.
Upon talking with some of the people that were staying there, we decided to pull out early.
Extremely overpriced for what you are getting and not anything we would recommend.
The PITS!
Have RV'd all over the place and this one rates as the absolute WORST. Their website looks very inviting but once you're there you see it's all bogus. This isn't an RV site, it's a dump site.
