Stay Here!

Live Oak Landing is a beautiful, well maintained park. We spent two weeks in the park on site #74 which is an ample back in near the front entrance. We do plan to comeback and we will stay for at least a month. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Test run

Spent the night here for a test run on our recently purchased motor coach. Very friendly and accommodating people. Excellent site with docks and boat launch right on the very scenic Black Creek.
We live in the area but will return this summer for more stays with grandchildren.Great campground.

New, nice, clean AND very Rally-friendly!

This brand new Park has an "Ole Florida" feel with all modern facilities. It's nestled at the end of a road surrounded by mature Oak Trees which provided shade on hot sunny days.

Neil, the GM, was as nice and accommodating as could be to the +/- 75 guests at our Annual Navion/View Rally. The recreation building including kitchen & grilling facilities was the prefect gathering area rain or shine.

Patricia, in the office, was absolutely lovely and helpful to everyone who booked their reservations for next year.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his fishing expedition along the river with Captain Mark, who provided beverage, bait, gear, AND license! He even caught lots of fish; unfortunately, they were too small to keep:( Nonetheless, Captain Mark fileted other legal-sized Redfish and divided them amongst the other fishing guests.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and encourage you to visit Live Oak Landing, too.

Beautiful new park

The park is very new; a pool is in construction. Showers are huge. Sites are large. Each has a picnic table, fire ring, and barbecue grill. Interior road is paved and sites are concrete. They aren't completely level, however, which is too bad for such a new park. Sits right on Black Creek and has lots of contacts for fishing trips etc. in the Gulf.
