From the North- Take I-75 South to the Turnpike. Go South to Hwy 27/19 Exit. Go left (North) to Hwy 48. Go left (West) on Hwy 48 to CR 33. Go left (South) on Hwy 33 to Camp sign at Baptist Island Road (which is a county graded road). Go left on Baptist Island Road which ends at the Campground.
From the South (West Coast) -Take I- 75 North to Hwy 50. Go right (East) on Hwy 50 to Mascotte to CR 33. Turn left (North) on Hwy 33 for 3 ½ miles to Baptist Youth Camp sign at Baptist Island Road. Turn right (East) on Baptist Island Road which ends at the Camp grounds.
Florida Baptist Encampment is a non-profit Tax exempt 502-C entity organized for the benefit of youth. FBE is a Christian camp owned by the Churches of the Florida State Association of Missionary Baptist Churches. FBE was primarily established as a Camping and spiritual experience for youth. FBE has expanded to include camping and spiritual benefits for adults as well.
